Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept requests to cancel orders before the product has been shipped or manufacturing has begun. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (including return shipping) only once; consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning products.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account carefully. Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account. Then, please contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted. If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@fcjqzl.com.
