These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern the purchase of products and services from wznszxbjs.com (“Company Sites” or “Websites”). The Company Sites are operated by wznszxbjs.com (“Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these Terms are governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY STATEMENT, AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS MENTIONED HEREIN BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SALE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE CONTRACTUAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT AND CLASS REPRESENTATIVE WAIVER SET FORTH BELOW.

GENERAL
These Terms of Sale are signed and accepted by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, in accordance with their terms. You represent that you are (1) 18 years of age or older, (2) legally capable of entering into a contract, and (3) are not a person restricted from receiving services under any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

The products and services offered through the Company Sites must be purchased and used strictly in accordance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, the “Laws”). You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in connection with your purchase, including applicable laws that apply to the common delivery location. All calls, emails and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

Your continued use of the Websites constitutes acceptance of the changes.

PURCHASES
Order Processing

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to choose not to process or to cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or is listed at an incorrect price, we suspect that the order is fraudulent, or other circumstances that the Company deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to identify you in order to process your order. The Company may either cancel your order, not charge you, or refund any fees we have charged for orders that we do not process or cancel. In addition to the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) withdraw any bid submitted; (ii) correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and (iii) change prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications or other information without obligation to notify you of such change (including after an order has been placed, confirmed, shipped or received, except where prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of the products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Sites does not conform to the description, your sole remedy is to return the goods as set forth in these Terms of Purchase.

The Company Sites provide a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view pricing information for a product and add it to your cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and the “add to cart” feature are provided solely for your convenience. The product page contains more detailed information about the product, its source, features and prices.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services offered on the Company’s pages. However, we cannot guarantee against pricing errors. The Company

The Company’s sites may contain information about the availability of goods. You may use this information to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order. The estimated delivery date of an item to your destination is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment and may vary depending on the unavailability of a particular item, inclement weather, your carrier’s delivery time, your destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually be shipped immediately, as availability may vary significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service may be in stock when a customer places an order and the time required by the Company to process the order has expired. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. Services that are out of stock are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, it will be removed from your order. The Company will notify you by email and delete the item from the Company’s sites.

In addition to the general disclaimers for products and services purchased on the Site, products and services: (a) may not include manufacturer warranties, even if a product or service is available elsewhere; (b) may not include any service or support options; (c) may not include product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or in the languages of certain target countries; (d) may not meet the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) may not meet the voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility and you agree to inspect the product to ensure that it meets your needs and that it can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are delivered, including, but not limited to, sales or use taxes, general sales taxes or customs duties.
